Navinder Basra University of Winnipeg

The University of Winnipeg has announced that Navinder Basra will serve as vice-president, finance and administration, effective Jan. 16, 2023. Mr. Basra has over 10 years of experience in senior financial roles, most recently as acting CFO and secretary treasurer for the Winnipeg School Division. Mr. Basra is a chartered professional accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountants.
