Charmaine Dean University of Waterloo

The University of Waterloo has appointed Charmaine Dean vice-president, university research, beginning July 1. Dr. Dean is currently a professor and dean of the faculty of science at Western University. She was previously associate dean at Simon Fraser University and has served as president of the Statistical Society of Canada.
